AMY is a marketplace that connects AI agents to verified human workers for tasks requiring real human judgment — confirmations, expert reviews, and physical-world actions. *A gig job with a retirement plan.*

The 95% Economics
| Who | Gets | Why |
| Worker | 80% cash now | Instant payment on task completion |
| Worker | 10% auto-invested | 90-day vest → AMY Jetton (TON) |
| Platform | 5% | Operations |
| Nous treasury | 5% | Quarterly dividends back to workers |
Workers keep **95%** of every payment. Upwork takes 20–23%. Fiverr takes 20–25%. MTurk takes up to 40%.
The auto-invested 10% vests after 90 days and can be crystallized to **AMY Jetton** on the TON blockchain — bridgeable to the Nous/Ergon economy. Workers also receive **quarterly dividends** from the platform's Nous treasury pool.
Task Types
| Type | Description | Example |
| `CONFIRM` | Binary human decision | Is this invoice legitimate? |
| `REVIEW` | Expert structured analysis | Code audit, contract review, translation QA |
| `EXECUTE` | Physical-world action | Photo at a location, in-person inspection |
Why Now
AI agents are reaching the limit of what they can verify on their own. Invoice legitimacy, contract review, in-person confirmation, expert QA — these are the irreducibly human tasks. Agents need a queue to dispatch them. Humans need a fair marketplace to receive them. AMY is both.
Tech Stack
Elixir / Phoenix HTTP API with HEEx frontend, Oban for scheduled jobs (daily vesting, quarterly dividends), Ecto / PostgreSQL stake ledger, TON Jetton for the AMY token, `@amybot` Telegram bot for zero-friction worker registration via @wallet.
